When creating a new custom helmet for a major telecom company, PSI’s experience in safety products and product design delivered the perfect hard hat for the job. The client wanted a hard hat that protected their workers, did not block the user’s vision, was comfortable to wear, and promoted the company’s brand. The team at PSI Product Specialists worked closely with the client’s product development team to deliver a solution that met all of their goals. The final design resulted in a low-profile hard hat that was a cross between a ball cap and a safari hat.
From start to finish, PSI provided concept drawings, 3D samples, production samples, product testing, a manufacturing plan, and the final product. –All within the specified timeline.
